If you’re looking for a beach house at a great location, this is the one! If you want to be able to walk to the beach, along the seawall, go out in the evening for dinner with the family or later to the nightlife, this is where you want to be!

You'll be comfortable in this two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor condominium. It has everything you need for your vacation. The condo sleeps seven people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with master bathroom, large closets and wall mounted flat screen TV with cable. There is a roll away cot that can easily be opened in this bedroom or can be used elsewhere in the condo. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed over a full bed, a pull out single trundle bed, large closet and wall mounted flat screen TV with cable. The second bathroom has a stall shower. The linen closet is stocked with sheets, towels and washer/dryer in the laundry room.

The newly painted living room/dining room is an open area with a new sectional sofa. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable, dining table that seats six with a breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials for your use.

The deck in the front of the condo has a high top table with four comfy chairs for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The storage shed in the rear of the property is fully equipped with lots of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas for your use.
